In Person is when the client comes to the office to address needs and wants. The office is in a confidential and therapeutic setting. Considered a safe place for the client to express themselves.
Virtual services are when the client selects the environment that best fits them and their needs.
A style of therapy where the therapist or counselor takes an active role in the counseling process. In this approach, the counselor oversees the process. They decide how the sessions will go and make key decisions regarding the general pace and direction of the whole process.
A method of conducting therapy, particularly exemplified by client-centered therapy, in which the therapist does not attempt to direct the client’s communication or evaluate the client’s remarks, although they may refer to client’s remarks or restate them.
